Come innovate with us!Position SummaryIn your role as Education Development Partner, you'll be responsible to assist in executing specific workforce development-related strategies into project roadmaps and actionable plans. You will collaborate with regional school district-wide and postsecondary educational stakeholders on multi-partner projects to align education and training programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline for the semiconductor industry. This includes curriculum development and relevance specific to our company, skills training, training timeline/logistics, budget planning and tracking, evaluation/ROI on funded programs and goal attainment.Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll be responsible for:Manage portfolio of projects across multi-secondary and postsecondary partners.Develop and maintain a strong network of high-impact contacts across strategic education and workforce partners.Maintain and analyze data trends to support audits, evaluations, sponsor requirements, and institutional compliance requirements.Assist with needs assessment and alignment of early training programs and COVs and IBCs to our industry’s requirements.Represent company in governance activities, working groups, steering committees, advisory meetings, and recurring project coordination meetings.Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:Proficiency in NCES (IPEDS/NSC/College Navigator), TEA (State Accountability System/Performance/CCMR), THECB (ERC/T3/TSI) and state’s talent-related pilots/initiatives.Analyze legal and contractual agreements, and monitor compliance, especially for educational institutions, data sharing with a familiarity with FERPA and PPRA.12-15 years of experience in program management, education development (secondary and postsecondary), workforce development, multi-institution program coordination and stakeholder engagement activities.All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor are 5 days onsite.
