Come innovate with us!Position SummaryIn your role as an Equipment Technician, you'll work alongside a talented group of technicians and engineers in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment producing some of the most advanced semiconductor devices on the planet.Role and ResponsibilitiesHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:Practice 6S in the office and fab, holding safety as the number 1 priority. Follow SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) including mechanical assembly/disassembly on fab equipment.Use structured problem solving to help find impactful solutions to complex problems. Affectively communicate with engineers, leaders, and teammates. Work in a team environment on the cleanroom floor in a full cleanroom smock.Work hours: A Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:• High School diploma is required.• Technical degree preferred but not required. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong mechanical aptitude highly desired.• Effective verbal and written communication skills.The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
