Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, or related technical field. (degree in mechanical or chemical engineering)
• Minimum of 6 year’s direct operations experience related to gas and/or chemical supply systems, or otherwise, equipment that utilizes gases and/or chemicals for processing (experience, 6 years)
• Semiconductor or electronics facility support preferred, with an emphasis on safety and hazardous process materials. (experience)
• Direct leadership and management of teams is preferred (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• The current base salary range for this role is between $133,000.00 - $170,000.00. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance. Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a small team of ~9 engineers
• Leading and participating in safety initiatives, programs, and activities to drive world class safety performance
• Providing technical expertise and ownership for gas systems, safety and quality standards, and improvements for those systems. Engineer will interact with operations teams, maintenance teams, construction teams, and equipment vendors to sustain and maintain equipment
• Supporting technical troubleshooting of emergent equipment issues
• Working with maintenance teams to plan and execute non-standard equipment maintenance to address failures or equipment improvements
• Communicating and coordinating with Fab Engineering groups to provide technical support, supply issue resolution, and collaboration for improved safety, quality, and system reliability
• Continually driving group culture toward greater learning, development, and overall job satisfaction
