Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (degree in business)
• 4+ years of procurement / supply ‑chain experience (experience, 4 years)
• Proficiency in inventory‑ management systems and Microsoft Office (experience)
• Strong analytical, problem ‑solving, and critical‑ thinking skills (experience)

• The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance. Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Creation & Management
• Design and implement workflows for purchase order generation, approval, and fulfillment, integrating with ERP or other procurement systems.
• Manage High Usage and Inventory
• Analyze consumption trends to optimize stocking of high usage items while reducing or eliminating low usage/zero bin inventory.
• Negotiate Annual Pricing Agreements and Drive Project Execution
• Secure cost saving agreements on parts, lead procurement projects through to implementation, and perform post implementation reviews to validate savings and project impact.
• .Lead Cost Saving and Efficiency Projects
• Define project scopes, establish budgets and timelines, and oversee execution to achieve measurable cost reductions and workflow improvements.
• Track and Report Procurement Related KPIs
• Monitor key performance indicators, compile executive level reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision making and company wide goals.
• Coordinate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth parts flow and that procurement processes meet technical and operational needs.
• Attend supplier and engineering meetings to discuss procurement strategies, qualification plans, and future projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
