You’ll be able to collaborate with and learn from experts across various fields and work on exciting, challenging projects.We are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Development responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Samsung Wallet. This role will lead the development of payment partnerships (issuers, payment, fintech, stable coin, BNPL, etc.)—that increases customer engagement, retention, and monetization of Samsung Wallet.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, data-driven, and solutions-focused with the ability to unravel complexity, navigate the organization, and quickly develop a deep understanding of the business. The position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to drive close collaboration across all areas of the business. The Senior Manager of Business Development must be a self-starter and comfortable working under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities• Direct and drive business development and go-to-market efforts for Samsung Wallet across payment partnerships• Manage portfolio of existing partnerships to drive mutually aligned goals for both Samsung Wallet and partnership success• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements involving commercial terms, data usage, and product requirements• Drive creation of business models with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on ROI and roadmap• Partner with product and other cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule while ensuring quality and performance• Coordinate go-to-market plans with marketing, analytics and legal• Drive presentations to senior executives regarding partnership performanceRequired QualificationsBA/BS required in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldAt least five years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or equivalent experienceExperience within mobile apps, membership, fintech, or digital wallet industriesExperience managing partnerships and contractual agreementsStrong analytical and presentation skillsExcellent cross-functional leadership and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with payment players such as digital wallets, issuers, networks, fintechs, etc.Experience working with partners to drive partner success and comfortable driving partner initiatives across product, legal, finance and other internal stakeholdersAbility to negotiate and structure commercial and product integration agreements, understand agreements, and work with legalFamiliarity with Samsung ecosystem products and mobile OS design paradigmsExperience working within global across organization and navigating cultural ways of workingSkills and QualificationsThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $175,000 and $215,000, plus a bonus.
