Job Description

Job Location:Corporate IndianapolisJob DescriptionPRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for all phases of the analyzation, administration and processing of all lease data and charges, including cost accumulation, verification, analyzation, and preparation of all invoices, such as common area maintenance, real estate tax and percentage rent. Understand, adhere to, and promote compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES:Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information on leases, amendments, and other legal documents.Identify problematic lease language that is financially detrimental or difficult to efficiently administer and prepare analysis of financial impact.Calculate and prepare tenant billing files for real estate taxes and common area maintenance. Includes analysis of fluctuations in expenses. Responsible for reviewing monthly reports/ processes including Rent Roll and Events.Review work from peers on lease abstracts and document processing. Participate in property acquisitions including due diligence activities, property set up and transfer of data.Assist in corporate/ department improvements both in software testing and policy.Participation in special projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Degrees in other business-related areas will be considered.Ability to analyze and interpret lease language.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsEffective verbal and written communication.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, meet deadlines and demonstrate initiative.Flexible and able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
