We enable our Sales teams to be quantitatively driven, consultative partners to advertisers through training, tooling, and measurement best practices, and we partner closely with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales to ensure Snap’s ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric.We’re looking for a Staff Marketing Scientist to join our Measurement Team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the regional sales leadership and advertisers across both Australia and India. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-cultural environment and be able to partner effectively with stakeholders across both markets.What you’ll do:Own the measurement strategy, operations, goals, and learning plans for key measurement partners or large customer verticals.Drive performance improvement across key measurement partners and advertisers through learning agenda development, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution prototyping.Partner closely with Sales leadership across Australia and India to evaluate, position, and improve Snap’s ad products using causal and observational measurement frameworks.Work effectively across cultures to support Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in both Australia and India.Lead quarterly business reviews, highlighting industry trends, measurement adoption, learning progress, and relevant requests for extended measurement leadership and cross-functional teams.Lead measurement operations across first-party and third-party measurement solutions.Drive market- and country-level performance meta-analyses, ads efficacy research, and the development of playbooks grounded in rigorous scientific analysis.Build measurement fluency and capability across your team, Sales, and other cross-functional partners.Serve as the day-to-day trusted measurement consultant for key strategic advertiser relationships.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Deep understanding of measurement concepts, solutions, and the statistical fundamentals that underpin the ads efficacy and measurement ecosystem.Ability to access, analyze, interpret, and communicate ads performance insights using a wide range of standard data science tools.Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses that generate actionable insights and recommendations.Proficiency in advanced analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, and SPSS.Strong understanding of the industry, key verticals, and brands, with the ability to apply measurement solutions and insights creatively to improve advertiser performance and strengthen Snapchat’s value proposition.Ability to communicate highly complex martech and measurement concepts to executive audiences.Strong grounding in applied statistics, including sampling methodologies, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data mining techniques.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, such as economics, mathematics, engineering, operations research, or a related discipline.10+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company.Experience in ads measurement.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field.Deep understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem across both Brand and DR.Extensive experience working directly with top advertisers across vertical-specific Brand and DR measurement.Experience leading or developing teams or peers.Self-starter who is equally comfortable presenting to C-level executives and writing queries or code when needed.Proven track record of building and influencing client or partner relationships.Experience using agentic IDEs such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot is preferred.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
