The team enables faster, more scalable, and more secure innovation by delivering reusable platform capabilities that hundreds of Southwest engineering teams depend on every day.As Senior Manager Technology – Cloud & Data Platforms, you'll lead a growing organization in our Hyderabad office spanning Data Lake 2.0, Platform AI & Integration, and Platform & AI Accelerators — coaching three Manager-level leaders and their pods as they deliver enterprise data lake capabilities, AI-enabled developer platforms, and next-generation IaC accelerators. You'll set the strategic direction for how these platforms mature and adopt across the enterprise, partner closely with US-based Managing Directors and executive leadership, and build a high-performing engineering culture rooted in platform-as-a-product principles, ownership, and cross-continental collaboration.Provide a People focused approach to Technology Leadership.
