Job ExpectationsServing as a workstream lead within Alpha Business Integration, this role drives defined outcomes and ensures client implementations are delivered on schedule.Guide the joint workstreams across each pillar of Business Integration through to a successful Go Live Track progress and manage escalations for the 3rd Party outreach COE, engaging clients and third parties to advance set up Throughout implementation, coordinate Client Access and Training before transitioning to BAU Ready clients and business teams by leading Day In The Life, with the Scope, Runbook and Governance agreed and documented Apply influence across business areas and project members so that client onboarding moves forward Partner with State Street Operations on governance of deviations from standard models, assisting change assessment and tracking Business Approvals plus revisions to key operational documents Alongside the client and business teams, define the plan and scope for Production Parallel covering entry and exit criteria, runbooks and the support model Establish Hypercare governance and reporting, agreeing exit criteria collaboratively Escalate Risks and Issues clearly within the program, steer solutions forward and communicate options with impactAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
