Enterprise Risk Execution & RCSA DeliveryLead execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program across ERO business/functionDrive timeline adherence, milestone tracking, and issue resolution across stakeholdersEnsure consistent application of risk taxonomy, applicability, and assessment standards2. Risk Governance & Control Environment OversightOwn risk identification, assessment, and control design qualityEnsure alignment to central, transversal, and business-owned risk frameworksDrive clarity of risk ownership and accountability across business units3. Issue Management & Regulatory ReadinessOversee issue identification, remediation, and closure lifecycleEnsure linkage of issues to controls, risks, and policiesSupport regulatory exams, audit engagement, and committee reporting (e.g., ERRC)4.
