Job Description

Leading other resources in the Front Office team, this role requires experience in working with business clients to understand issues impeding their day to day activities. The role operates as a platform owner, senior escalation leader, and enterprise operations authority across data, database, cloud, application support, and ITSM domainsMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesIncident Management -including major incidentsTeam leadership -role will include oversight of other resources in regionCrafting SOP’s and training documentsTraining and onboarding of new resourcesDirect accountability for platforms that are:Client‑visible and revenue‑impactingRegulatory and audit examinedCentral to trade processing, data integrity, and reporting accuracyResponsibilities include acting as:Senior escalation authority for P1/P2 incidentsAccountable owner for audit findings and remediationDecision authority during production crises and risk trade‑offsThe role has includes end‑to‑end ITSM accountability across critical platforms, including:Major Incident command and coordinationProblem management and recurrence reductionProduction change readiness and gatingOperational metrics (availability, MTTR, trends)In addition to steady‑state operations, the role actively drives:AI‑enabled incident triage and diagnosticsAutomation of L2/L3 support workflowsPredictive and preventive operational capabilitiesRequired Skillset:Understanding of and ability to use PL/SQLWorking knowledge of AutosysStrong knowledge of Unix/linux including shell scriptingGeneral understanding of WindowsExcellent written and oral communication skillsDesirable:15+ years of database administration, cloud and production support experience.Experience managing production support teamStrong experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management.Experience supporting mission-critical financial applications.Experience working within 24x7 operational support environments.EducationBachelors Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject preferred. Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
