It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs a Sr. Analyst you will:NAV & Fund Accounting OperationsExecute NAV runs for current cycles ensuring accuracy and timelinessPerform factoring activities (GetNav + MYSS NAV) on fund accounting base filesSupport monthly-end (ME) processes, including data load validation and sign-offConduct pre-validation preparation and ensure readiness of accounting dataManage fund additions and updates (e.g., FDR fund requests to CTI team)Data Validation & ProcessingValidate and format preliminary metrics source files upon receiptEnsure completeness and accuracy of input data for KPI and reporting processesCoordinate fund list validation with accounting units and track responses against deadlinesSupport production calendar adherence and execution of scheduled deliverablesReview KPI packs against the base file data with 2 level validationReporting & Client DeliverablesPrepare and deliver KPI summaries and KPI packs to clientsEnsure reporting outputs meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectationsContribute to continuous improvement of reporting templates and processesStakeholder Communication & CoordinationManage and send regular reminder communications for:Metrics P&A and IC filesCollaborate filesPlan Accounting filesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., CS Team, CTI Team, Accounting Units)Track dependencies and follow up on pending inputs to avoid delaysProcess Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to monthly reporting timelines and SLAsMaintain proper documentation and audit trails for validation and approvalsSupport operational controls and escalation of issues where requiredWhat we value These skills will help you succeed in this roleStrong understanding of Fund Accounting and NAV processesExperience in financial data validation and reconciliationProficiency in Excel and data handlingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlinesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a time-bound environmentAdditional requirementsExperience in KPI reporting / performance analyticsExposure to financial systems (GetNav, MYSS or similar platforms)Prior experience in month-end close processes in a financial services environmentWork Requirement4 Days WFO is mandatoryShift timings will be 10am to 7pm IST.
