The team works closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning consultants to deliver high-quality learning experiences while continuously exploring emerging technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working.Who are we looking forAs a Senior Associate instructional designer, you will create learning solutions that help employees build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. You will review and organize information from a variety of sources, determine the best way to present it, and develop learning materials that meet business objectives and quality standards. Leveraging strong research, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, you will ensure content is accurate, engaging, visually effective, and free of errors.You will work closely with subject matter experts, program managers, colleagues, and stakeholders across locations, functions, and levels of the organization to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver effective learning solutions.
