Preferred Qualifications

  • JD, CPA, MBA, or Master’s in Tax with strong academic credentials (degree in master)
  • 15+ years of experience at a U.S. law firm, public accounting firm, multinational corporation, or combination thereof (experience, 15 years)
  • Significant experience advising U.S.-based multinational organizations (experience)
  • Working knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48 (experience)
  • Financial services industry experience preferred but not required (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior management and stakeholders globally (experience)
