They will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions to deliver solutions that enable business growth while effectively managing risk.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.5+ years of legal experience with significant commercial real estate responsibility.Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated real estate transactions and negotiations.Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory considerations impacting corporate real estate activities.In-house legal experience supporting corporate real estate functions.Experience advising multinational organizations with complex global real estate portfolios.Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, integration projects, or corporate restructuring initiatives.Experience managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.International real estate transaction experience.Salary Range: $110,000 - $200,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
