The key objective of the Sales Analyst is to support Account Executives and Relationship Managers to execute on the team's strategic priorities:Grow our Indexing share of wallet, extending into Fixed IncomeMaintain and grow our market position in Target Date Funds, supporting participants as they transition into retirement with Income WiseDeepen relationships with our impressive client base, bringing the strength of the broader firm to support clients with their investment prioritiesThe Sales Analyst role is key to driving sales success and efficiency across these three strategic priorities.Role AccountabilityPartner with Account Executives and Relationship Managers on their respective client and prospect panels, prioritizing activity and pipeline developmentPrepare client meeting follow-up materialsWork across stakeholders to project manage new business presentations and RFPsEnsure SalesForce accurately captures account information, pipeline/B@R, account and competitor intelligence, and contact informationConduct research on accounts, including asset pools, consultants, custodians, asset allocation, and incumbent managersDeliver timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, including activities, pipeline, and target marketPartner with other Sales Analysts for idea generation, learning, and enhancing processesAssist in the management of marketing campaigns — ensuring contact information is correct, building block tagging, awareness of highest engagers according to MSIKey RelationshipsHead of Institutional Client GroupSales and Relationship Management LeadershipAccount Executives and Relationship ManagersCIOs, Portfolio Managers, and Portfolio StrategistsMarketing & Product TeamsCore CompetenciesSelf-starterStrong financial acumenStrong communication skillsTeamworkIntegrity RespectCommitment to detailPersonal AttributesMinimum of 1 year of financial services experienceBachelor's DegreeFINRA Series 7 & 63, or complete within 1 year of employmentResults oriented, excellent relationship skillsAble to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines under pressureStrong communication skills with the ability to question the status quoGood business acumen, ability to negotiate, good decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively within a teamSalary Range: $52,000 - $87,880 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
