This role will support the program manager in effectively managing the program, creating efficiency in execution and building a best in class change consulting function. Driven, inquisitive individual looking to build their capabilities through exposure to a wide variety of programs Purpose of Role The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in driving the execution and delivery of change across large change initiatives. This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, business transformation delivering business outcomes across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Support the Program Manager in delivering a portfolio of key change initiatives, with direct ownership of certain aspects of the program lifecycle and/or specific workstreams. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with project workstream leads and partners across business lines and corporate functions, ensuring sustainable and cohesive project delivery. Oversight Framework: Partner with the program manager to establish and monitor an effective oversight framework leveraging best practices while adapting it to unique program requirements, to ensure issues and risks are appropriately identified, escalated, and resolved. Communication Strategy: Support the development of a robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders.
