Translate standards into working prompts, coordinate testing and BAU integration, and drive day-to-day delivery across GDS Agentic AI use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the Prompting FrameworkApply and operationalize the prompting framework, standards, and best practices across use casesDevelop, refine, and maintain prompts aligned to defined quality standardsSupport the MD in evolving templates, patterns, and reusable components based on delivery experienceDeliver with Testing TeamsCoordinate day-to-day work with testing teams to validate prompts against defined criteriaTriage test findings, implement improvements, and manage prompt iteration cyclesTrack defects, quality metrics, and remediation across use casesExecute the Ops Scale-Up PlanSupport execution of the Ops scale-up plan, working directly with BAU teams to embed Agentic AI capabilitiesDraft and maintain procedures, SOPs, and run-books for operational teamsCoordinate training delivery for Ops users, reviewers, and BAU leadsCross-Functional DeliveryPartner with Product Owners, Delivery Pods, and Technology teams to align prompts to business use casesManage backlog and prioritization of prompting work across the portfolioProvide progress updates to the MD and program governanceContinuous ImprovementCapture lessons learned and feed them back into framework updatesIdentify opportunities to improve prompt quality, delivery speed, and Ops adoptionSupport the MD in reporting on quality, adoption, and scale-up progressRequired Experience8+ years across transformation, AI/ML delivery, product, or operations rolesHands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM-based solutions, or AI use case deliveryStrong delivery execution skills - testing coordination, BAU integration, training rolloutExperience working across cross-functional teams in a global environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsMinimum Salary:​zł282,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
