.Job DescriptionSenior Investment Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring compliance results on client portfolios related to Regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates. Utilizing State Street’s Investment Compliance & Reporting platform, the qualified candidate will complete the research, analysis and reporting to ensure portfolios are in compliance with their investment restrictions.REVIEWING WORK AND ASSISTING TEAM SUPERVISORPoint of expertise for complex breach analysisReview all reporting produced by the AssociatesLiaises with internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service deliveryPerforms special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team SupervisorAssists Team Supervisor in implementing new procedures and controlsMaintaining and fostering a team environmentMONITORING INVESTMENT COMPLIANCEInvestigate violations on the automated compliance monitoring systemRecord findings of investigation on the systemDATA CONTROL CHECKSCompare and confirm accuracy of fund data as it appears in the systemAdvise data teams of any discrepancies in a timely fashionEnsure agreed timelines are adhered toREPORTINGGenerate and attach reports as required in a timely mannerEnsuring data is accurate and ready for client useOTHERInvolvement in departmental ad-hoc projectsInvolvement in the training and development of other team members as necessaryMake recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as requiredPlease note: This role requires one to work from office 3 days/weekMinimum Salary:​zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
