As pioneers in index, ETF, and ESG investing, we are always inventing new ways to invest.Join us if making your mark in the asset management industry from day one is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible for:Taking ownership and accountability for the end-to-end processing and controls of instructions received into systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Performing quality control reviews of work completed by the team to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and operational excellence.Leading the investigation and resolution of reconciliation exceptions related to subscription and redemption activity.Providing Portfolio Management with accurate and timely information on daily subscription/redemption activity, taking responsibility for data integrity.Overseeing anti-money laundering / suspicious activity monitoring controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Managing operational risk through regular review of processes and identifying further opportunities for risk mitigation.
