Workforce Planning Specialist:State Street is seeking energetic and data savvy individuals to join our Workforce Planning & Insights team as a Workforce Planning Specialist. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for operations to deliver an efficient and effective position management process. The Workforce Planning Specialist will play a critical role in State Street’s workforce planning strategy with a particular focus on:• Providing accurate data input that supports headcount and demand forecasting and planning decisions• Providing position management support for managers and senior leadersThis position will interact frequently with managers in North America, EMEA and APAC, and other members of a global HR team.
