About the team We are a brand new team, working quickly to accelerate Stripes engineering productivity by effectively deploying LLM agents and tools to automate large swaths of the engineering workflow. What you’ll do You will build the next generation of internal AI coding tools and platforms, to massively accelerate Stripe’s engineering productivity safely and with a clear focus on our users’ needs. We’re excited about rounded engineers, but would be extremely excited to find engineers that fit one of these two archetypes High data fluency engineer - demonstrated ability to use large datasets to pick out user insights and inform product development. Product engineer - demonstrated ability and opinionation on great product experiences, with high attention to detail. Bonus if this demonstrated experience is in developer tooling.
