This role will be a key member of the Consumer Litigation team, responsible for managing a high-volume docket of consumer disputes, including litigation and arbitration.The ideal candidate is a business-minded attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of matters end-to-end, and delivers practical, risk-based legal guidance. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume docket of consumer litigation and arbitration matters, including individual federal and state claims, small claims matters, and arbitrations
  • Serve as a hands-on attorney on assigned matters, including developing case strategy, actively assisting with all aspects of litigation, and driving resolution
  • Oversee and strategically direct outside counsel, ensuring alignment with company consumer litigation and arbitration strategy, while ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Partner cross-functionally with Care, Executive Response, and other business teams to resolve disputes and improve customer outcomes
  • Identify trends and recurring consumer issues and proactively advise the business on risk mitigation and process improvements
