Based in Singapore, this role will initially support Japan and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) while helping scale marketing technology capabilities across additional APAC markets as the business continues to grow.This role is responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and long-term success of Tapestry’s marketing technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Cordial, our customer engagement platform. You are comfortable advising users, troubleshooting issues, and translating business requirements into platform solutions.A proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, taking ownership of priorities, driving initiatives forward, and delivering results with minimal oversight.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence, educate, and challenge constructively.
