This role combines deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, innovation leadership, and business partnership capabilities to deliver scalable, intelligent, and customer-centric solutions.The successful candidate will drive end-to-end OTC process excellence, lead complex integrations across SAP and retail platforms, champion AI-enabled business capabilities, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to accelerate operational efficiency and business growth.
