This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering and business stakeholders—to deploy and support technologies such as POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms.The successful individual will bring strong technical expertise, operational execution capability, and collaborative communication skills, contributing to global initiatives while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Global Retail Technology to...Technology Deployment & SupportSupport deployment and configuration of retail technologies including cloud based POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and payment terminalsAssist with hardware rollout execution, ensuring standards are met across store environmentsProvide operational support for production systems, including troubleshooting and continuous improvementDevice & Identity ManagementAdminister and support endpoint environments across iOS, Windows, and MacOS devices using Intune and JamfSupport implementation and maintenance of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access policiesDevelop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBS) to improve operational efficiency and system reliabilitySecurity & Compliance AwarenessEnsure adherence to PCI-DSS requirements in store technology environmentsFollow established security and compliance guidelines when managing devices, systems, and configurationsPartner with InfoSec teams to align on best practices for secure implementationsProgram Execution & Agile DeliveryContribute to project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog updates, and deliverable trackingSupport implementation timelines, issue resolution, and escalation as neededParticipate in pilot programs and assist in scaling solutions globallyCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with global teams across regions, functions, and time zones to support consistent deliveryCommunicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholdersProvide clear status updates and documentation related to deliverables, risks, and progressAI-Enabled Operations & InsightsUse AI-assisted tools and data-driven insights to help identify trends, improve support processes, accelerate issue triage, and enhance operational decision-making across retail technology environmentsSupport evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate, including automation, analytics, and intelligent support tools, while aligning with security and compliance standardsApply sound judgment in the responsible use of AI to improve productivity, documentation quality, and service outcomes without compromising accuracy, privacy, or governance requirementsThe accomplished individual will possess...
