Manage vendor resources and workflow to ensure technology service initiatives are supported and service level agreements are met. Monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.Data Center Management - Ensure the distribution center data centers are maintained to predefined standards (prototype and best practice). Manage all technology system infrastructure within the distribution center. Understand different technology system platforms, applications, hardware, and infrastructure and how they interact with and impact the distribution center. Lead preventative maintenance routines and environmental monitoring to ensure system health and uptime.Vendor Management / Escalation - Provide appropriate feedback and take follow-up actions to ensure Vendor SLAs are met. Provide necessary training and onboarding for vendor technicians servicing the distribution center. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support change management and incident resolution.Strategic & Technical Leadership -Serve as the local point of contact for infrastructure projects, change coordination, and incident management. Drive continuous improvement through Kanban initiatives and proactive engagement with product teams.
