Our applications enable critical business capabilities through modern, cloud-native technologies including Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot, React, APIs, and event-driven architectures.As a Senior Engineer, you'll partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions while helping modernize our platform and drive innovation, including GenAI-enabled capabilities.What You'll DoDesign and develop scalable full-stack applications and backend services.Build APIs and enterprise integrations.Contribute to system design and platform modernization.Deliver secure, reliable, and observable software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.Support production systems and improve reliability and performance.Mentor peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.Contribute to GenAI-enabled solutions and innovationAbout youMust HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications.Strong experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).Experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Experience participating in system design, code reviews, and production support.Nice to HaveExperience with Kafka, GraphQL, Golang, Redis, Elasticsearch, or cloud-native technologies.Experience with observability, CI/CD, or DevSecOps practices.Exposure to GenAI, Python, LLM integrations, AI agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Experience working in Risk & Compliance, LegalTech, Governance, or other regulated enterprise domains.
