Job ResponsibilitiesLearn and assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of Tesla electric vehicles.Operate electrical equipment and various workshop maintenance and repair tools under proper guidance.Support the inspection, adjustment, and certification of workshop equipment.Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new vehicles according to standard procedures.Record and maintain accurate logs of working hours, expenses, and materials used.Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of vehicles and the service center.Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills to complete assignments on time. RequirementsWelcome recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation). Internship experience at an automotive workshop is highly preferred!Foundational knowledge of automotive components, with a basic understanding of how to test or diagnose systems such as HVAC, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems through school lab work or internships.Familiarity with basic power tools and workshop equipment, with a strong willingness to learn advanced testing devices.Highly motivated to learn about electric vehicle equipment and repair methodologies.Basic hands-on experience or school exposure to diagnostic scan tools, specialized testing equipment, or Digital Volt-Ohm Meters (DVOM).Awareness of workshop safety and a strong willingness to learn the proper application and handling of chemical substances.
