The RoleThe HR Operations Specialist drives our mission by supporting the HR team and working with employees across the business to ensure Tesla is a great place to work for everyone. Our team achieves results by being innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy.This role is responsible for supporting HR core operations in Korea, including Compensation & Benefits, People Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and other HR administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR Partner & support with employee relations tasks for seamless HR experienceEnsure the output of daily work supports the work of other teams e.g. Payroll, Benefits, HR PartnerMake sure that operational processes, procedures, and policies are in accordance with current employment standards and regulationsProactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutionsEnsure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely mannerBe able to pull reports and provide analytics related to people metricsSupport any other special projects as neededRequirementsSolid experience in local HR operations is a plusEvidence of exceptional interpersonal skillsMaintains a high degree of professionalismCan multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environmentAt least 2 years of experience in HR or related fieldsStrong skills using MS officeFluency in Korean and English
