Tesla’s HR Partners are passionate about their work and help deliver positive change every day.ResponsibilitiesBe a leader and credible activist for your clients, your team and our mission; exert influence to create positive changeDeliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs and employee relationsPartner effectively with HR centers of excellence including Immigration, Compensation and Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, and RecruitingProactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutionsWork with leaders to develop effective organizational structures to drive organizational healthConsult and coach all levels of management to build and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teamsBuild credibility and trust among employees; resolve employee concerns with compassion and follow-throughConsult and advise on talent reviews and the annual merit planning cycleRequirements5-7 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or other HR role including learning and development, coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training & HR project management or program implementation preferably in Sales OrganizationExperience objectively coaching employees and management through complex and difficult situationsApplied knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employment. Thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standardsDemonstrated experience in organizational development and change management is a plusResourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experienceDemonstrated experience with coaching employees and management through complex and difficult issuesDemonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization and positively influence teamsProven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication in English and other local languages*The job title may be flexible depending on the candidate's qualifications
