The role of the Inside Sales Advisor is to educate, inspire and skillfully guide Tesla’s potential customers through the vehicle purchase and configuration process.Inside Sales Advisors have the incredible opportunity to advise potential Tesla customers, while honing their abilities in lead qualification.We expect members of this team to become experts in our products and the direct-from-manufacturer sales model that has made Tesla an innovator in the automotive industry.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, unshakeable moral fortitude, and a strong awareness of professional behavior when supporting customers.Responsibilities- Communicate primarily with current and prospective customers via phone (inbound and outbound); support with SMS, email, and chat to nurture and prepare them for a vehicle purchase.- Receive inbound leads to assess the prospect's needs, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the test drive experience.- Use a consultative approach to influence customer purchase while also aiding buy in to the mission, business model, and Tesla brand.- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline achieving both personal and group monthly metrics in conjunction with the field Sales teams.- Provide feedback and recommendations based on direct experiences with potential customers.- Maintain customer relationships from the initial interaction up until delivery day.Requirements:- At least 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience- Evidence of exceptional ability- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts- Proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills, grammatical genius- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications)- Valid Driver’s License- Willing to work weekends/holidays on a rotating roster.車輛售前顧問的角色在於教育、啟發並巧妙地引導特斯拉的潛在客戶，協助他們完成車輛購買與規格配置的流程。車輛售前顧問擁有絕佳的機會，在向潛在特斯拉客戶提供諮詢建議的同時，磨練自身的銷售能力。我們期望團隊成員能成為產品的專家，並深入理解使特斯拉在汽車行業成為創新者的「直營模式」（直接由製造商銷售）。理想的候選人需具備出色的人際溝通能力、堅定的道德操守，以及專業的支援客戶的能力。職責：- 主要透過電話（進線與出線）與現有及潛在客戶進行溝通；並輔以簡訊、電子郵件和即時聊天工具，培育客戶關係並為其購車做準備。- 接收進線潛在客戶，評估客戶需求，確認銷售機會，並預約試駕體驗。- 採用諮詢式銷售方法影響客戶的購買決策，同時協助客戶認同特斯拉的使命、商業模式及品牌價值。- 建立並維護銷售漏斗，配合外勤銷售團隊，達成個人及團隊的月度績效指標。- 根據與潛在客戶的直接互動經驗，提供反饋與建議。- 從初次接觸直至交車日，維持與客戶的良好關係。要求：- 至少擁有 2 年的銷售或客戶服務經驗。- 具備卓越能力的證明。- 擁有強大的關係管理技能，並能解釋複雜的技術概念。- 有達成或超越目標與業績的實績紀錄。- 具備積極且充滿活力的電話溝通技巧、優秀的傾聽能力、強烈的寫作能力以及出色的語法掌握能力。- 熟練使用標準企業生產力工具（電子郵件、語音信箱、MS Office、瀏覽器、CRM 應用程式）。- 持有有效駕駛執照。- 願意按照輪班排程在週末及節假日工作。
