You will have an appetite for risk, for taking that big bet, because that’s how we leap ahead together.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategyShepherding the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basisUsing a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talentConducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environmentDevelop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needsFocusing on providing great candidate experience at every opportunityRequirementsBS/BA or the equivalent in experience3-5 years of recruiting experienceDemonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing front line and technical talent, previous experience in high volume hiring preferredProven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessmentA genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your careerSkilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trendThe ability to lead projects to successful conclusions – balancing efficiency with qualityA combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferredExcellent written and spoken communication skills.
