Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, or Business Administration. (degree in finance)
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience managing retail finance cases, loan logins, or bank coordination. (experience, 10 years)
• Technical Skills: Experience using banking partner portals, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel for tracking pipelines. (experience)
• Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, persistent follow-up abilities, and a deep understanding of retail loan processing (e.g., auto, consumer durable, or mortgage loans). (experience)

Responsibilities

• Bank Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between retail stores, customers, and partner banks or financial institutions.
• File Login Management: Review customer loan applications, verify KYC compliance, and log files into banking portals accurately.
• Status Tracking: Monitor the daily pipeline of pending cases and proactively follow up with bank underwriters for quick approvals.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve bank queries, fetch missing documentation, and clear financial deviations raised by lenders.
• Disbursement Drive: Coordinate the final signing of loan agreements and ensure timely fund disbursement to meet retail sales targets.
• Create suitable retail finance products with banking partners to enable ease of ownership for customers.
