ResponsibilitiesEngage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcomeUnderstand who our guests are, what brought them to Tesla, their intent and timeline to purchase, thus creating a robust Customer ProfileEducate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests and agendaDemonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services, as well as local incentives for EV ownersHelp Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potentialRegularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information is available to managementPrepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort levelRequirementsAbility to understand and convey business issues and technical conceptsStrong sense of team mentality and reliabilityStrong communication skills and attention to detailDemonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services. Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentivesAbility to work evenings and weekendsMust have and maintain a valid drive's license and an acceptable and safe driving record. 職位責任主動且有禮地接待進店訪客，開啟對話並營造賓至如歸的氛圍。了解顧客來訪動機、需求與購車時程，建立完整的客戶資料。依據客戶興趣與需求，提供個人化的品牌與產品介紹，回答問題並激發對電動車的興趣。熟悉並精通所有 Tesla 車款、服務與地區性電動車補助政策。主動建立銷售機會：蒐集潛在客戶資料、安排試駕，維護穩定的銷售漏斗。定期更新 CRM 系統，確保銷售與交車資訊的準確性與即時性。協助車輛交付與新車主說明，依個別客戶需求進行導覽與操作教學。職位要求具備理解並清楚傳達商業議題與技術概念的能力。具備強烈的團隊合作意識與高度的責任感。具備優秀的溝通能力，並能注重細節與精確度。熟悉並精通所有Tesla產品與服務，並能持續掌握電動車產業趨勢及當地相關補助政策。能配合晚間及週末輪班工作，以確保提供完善的客戶服務。必須持有並維持有效的汽車駕駛執照，且具備良好且安全的駕駛紀錄。

Responsibilities

- Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests and agenda
- Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
- Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
- Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information is available to management
- Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level
