Position Summary:The performance engineering team provides enterprise-wide performance evaluation and tuning recommendations to measure non-functional requirements for applications and infrastructure components. The performance engineer must have knowledge of performance testing tools such as Neoload, Loadrunner or Jmeter and Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk. The performance engineer should have extensive experience measuring application response times, error rates, throughput, and resiliency behaviors. Also, the performance engineer should understand Middleware technologies, especially Java application server technologies.
