Job Description

PurposeThe Human Resources Operations Analyst will provide administrative services to support the APAC Human Resources Operations Team in managing the day-to-day payroll and benefits administration for APAC regions including but not limited to India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.Key Responsibilities:Support the Payroll Senior Analysts and Human Resources Operations APAC Lead with the day-to-day administration of payroll across APACBeing an initial point of contact for employees in relation to the administration of Human Resources systems and demonstrate the confidence and knowledge to bring any queries to a satisfactory and timely resolutionEffectively communicate with our third-party payroll provider to make sure all required settings accurately in the respective Human Resources systemsMaintaining latest employee data in Human Resources including but not limited to payroll system, absence management and time attendance systems, providing guidance to employees and managers as requiredAdministration of a range of employee benefits including group medical, group life etc for all APAC regionsResponsible for employee’s enquiry relating to payroll, benefits and absence, ensuring compliance with statutory notification and reporting requirementsProvide customer service support to internal and external customers. Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate in any discipline who is passionate in making an impact to our employees by creating a differentiated employee experience (experience)
  • Solid experience in day-to-day processing in managing India payroll is a must (experience)
  • Benefit administration experience is preferred (experience)
  • Strong technical aptitude including AI, Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Powerpoint and Word (experience)
  • Organised, proactive and detail orientated (experience)
  • Demonstration of good inter-personal capability (experience)
  • High level of learning agility in a fast-paced environment (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Payroll Senior Analysts and Human Resources Operations APAC Lead with the day-to-day administration of payroll across APAC
