From attracting talent and supporting career growth to driving engagement, wellbeing, culture, compliance, and future-of-work initiatives, you will gain broad exposure to the many ways HR contributes to organisational success.Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will contribute to people programmes, workforce insights, governance and compliance activities, operational excellence, and innovative projects that enhance employee experience and strengthen workplace culture.We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful team player who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, has a strong eye for detail and numbers, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Salary Band: 3Job Profile: Human Resources Senior/Analyst (S03080)Reports to: Head of Human Resources, Singapore and AustraliaCritical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the employee journey, from attracting and onboarding talent through to development, performance, rewards, engagement, and employee transitions.Deliver a positive employee experience by supporting employee enquiries, maintaining HR systems and records, and ensuring seamless HR operations across the organisation.Collaborate with payroll, benefits, immigration, and external partners to support the delivery of employee services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Support workforce reporting, people analytics, surveys, and insights that help inform business decisions and shape people strategies.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, employee communications, governance, compliance, and audit initiatives.Coordinate learning programmes, wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement activities, culture campaigns, and workplace experiences that foster connection, inclusion, growth, and a thriving workplace culture.Support employee relations matters through case administration, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and investigation support as required.Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support vendor management, service delivery, and continuous enhancement of HR operations.Participate in HR projects, digitalisation initiatives, system enhancements, process improvements, and future-of-work programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.As needed, take on other exciting projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the HR team and broader organization.Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment:Staying current of regulatory changes and ensuring that policies and practices are compliant withrequirementsThe need to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders while managing conflicting andtight timelinesMulti-tasking and ensuring speed and accuracyDevelopmental Value of Position: Exposure in various areas of HRExposure to various stakeholders from different parts of the organizationOpportunity to promote an engaging and inclusive working environmentExperience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related fieldsAt least 4 years of HR experienceExperience in HR operations and payroll would be advantageousStrong numerical skillsAbility to multi-task and manage tight and conflicting timelinesExcellent MS Office skills, especially in excelStrong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communicationPossess a can-do attitude with strong sense of accountability and ownershipAbility to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvementsAbout The Cigna Group Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
