Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a team of associates in Pharmacy Operations monitoring productivity and performance standards while planning and directing workflow and project assignments.Here’s a little more on how you’ll make a difference:Promote a positive team environment and ensure best practices are sharedAssist in development of programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service providedOversee team and individual performance standards and service standards are metDevelop, coach, and provide feedback to employees concerning quality, reliability, accountability and productivityWhat you need to do the job:High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferredWork experience managing teams in a distribution/fulfillment, or pharmacy dispensing settingValid Pharmacy Technician License/Registration is a plusDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop and assist team membersGeneral PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, emailExcellent oral, written and phone communication skillsExperience in training and coaching less experienced staff Advanced problem solving skillsThe ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutionsAbility to adapt to a dynamic working environment, make independent decisionsDemonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional mannerAbility to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AMPhysical Requirements:Stand for lengthy periods.Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.Why join us?Health coverage effective day 1 (including medical, dental, vision)Holiday, PTO and OT pay.401K with company matchTuition reimbursementFun, friendly and unique culture – bring your whole self to work every day!Growth and advancement potentialThis position may be eligible for shift differential and annual bonus.
