As a Quality Assurance Staff Pharmacist, you will play an important role in pharmacist verification, quality assurance, and operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented pharmacist who enjoys collaborating with others, fostering positive working relationships, and contributing to a supportive team environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform final pharmacist verification of prescription and order information to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to dispensing.Support adherence to state and federal regulations, manufacturer standards, and internal quality programs.Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, implement solutions, and maintain operational excellence.Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and engaging work environment.Assist with onboarding and training activities related to verification, quality assurance, and operational processes.Serve as a resource for pharmacy team members and support problem-solving across the department.Support business continuity through pharmacist coverage and operational support as needed.QualificationsGraduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S.
