You will increase revenue and build lasting relationships with customers while representing our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services. Working in a supportive environment that values achievement and innovation, you'll help enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key account relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative selling.You'll work with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.Through a combination of customer visits and virtual engagement, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to help customers advance their scientific goals. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical disciplineA minimum of few years hands-on relevant sales experienceExperience with CT or electron microscopy (EM) image analysis software, electron microscopy, or related scientific imaging technologies is strongly preferredStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex customer applications, imaging workflows, and business needs and translate them into appropriate solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory or customer portfolioDemonstrated ability to build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships across all organizational levels, including technical users, decision-makers, and senior stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, including territory planning, opportunity management, pipeline development, and sales forecastingProficiency with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environmentResults-oriented and customer-focused, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 25–30% within the assigned territoryFluency in English required; additional language skills are considered an advantageDemonstrated commitment to Thermo Fisher Scientific’s values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement

Required Qualifications
