The successful candidate will join the Record to Report (RtR) Accounting Operations Team. They will be deadline driven, with an excellent ability to learn and grow. The candidate must be able to work at pace in a corporate, multi-task environment. Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough approach to completing processes, with the ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in data. The successful candidate must have experience in RtR Accounting Operations Assistant roles and be able to work independently.Responsibilities:Processing Intercompany Invoices in a timely and accurate manner resolving any issuesReview and clear aged intercompany AR itemsAgree intercompany AR balances with appropriate counterparty for month-end closeProcess intercompany netting payments and allocate any payments/receipts on a monthly basisMonthly analysis of goods received but not invoiced (GRNI)Participate in process improvement projects, initiatives, PPI eventsSupport resolution of intercompany out of balancesSupport requests from external and internal auditors as well as various groups company-wideParticipate in process improvement initiativesComplete ad-hoc projects as requestedMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Minimum 3 years experience in RtR Operational Accounting Assistant role, or equivalentAccuracy is required in performing all aspects of the rolePrevious experience in a large scale organisation would be beneficialAbility to work well under time constraintsComputer literacy, incl. MS ExcelProficient in English
