This role combines strong logistics expertise with advanced digitalization and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will leverage technology tools and data-driven insights to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementSupport daily DC operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilmentEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standardsMonitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiencyCoordinate with transportation, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics flowDigitalization & Process ImprovementDrive digital transformation initiatives within DC operationsIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes using related technology tools or workflow automation platformsLead or support implementation of new systems and technologiesContinuously improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesData Analysis & ReportingAnalyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similarUtilize data analytics to support forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimizationProvide actionable insights and recommendations to managementStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with all related business partner including internal partner of Supply chain and external partners as digital/IT teams, finance, commercial team, etc to align on system improvements and logistics strategiesAct as a bridge between operations and other functions/dept for smooth process and also facilitate different projects.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in warehouse/DC operations or logisticsExperience in digitalization or system implementation projects is a strong advantageTechnical & Digital SkillsStrong data analysis skills with proficiency in:Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA preferred)BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)Knowledge of automation tools (RPA, scripting, or low-code platforms) is a plusBasic understanding of database concepts (SQL) is desirableCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProcess improvement mindset with attention to detailAbility to translate data into actionable insightsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsLeadership and team development capabilityPreferredExperience in 3PL vendor management and high-volume distribution environmentsCertification in Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain managementExposure to emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, IoT in logistics)Key Success MetricsImprovement in DC productivity and efficiencyReduction in operational errors and costsSuccessful implementation of digital initiativesQuality and impact of data-driven insights
