Required Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal abilities. (experience)
• Proficiency in personal computer applications. (experience)
• Proven experience with customers in a dynamic environment. (experience)
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills. (experience)
• Ability to work in a cold environment on occasion. (experience)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (experience)
• Ability to use a computer for up to 8 hours per day. (experience)
• 10-25% travel as needed. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of all technical and service aspects for client projects.
• Determine and assess study requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal departments and external customers.
• Initiate involvement of relevant departments to ensure high-quality work.
• Attend and represent the business at Project Meetings and kick-off meetings.
• Facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits.
• Drive Problem Reports to closure with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel.
• Translate customer needs into quotations and monitor budgets.
• Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
• Verify final production information for Accounting before invoice release.
• Participate in business process improvement activities.
• Collaborate with the account manager to guarantee customer happiness.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrate and promote the company vision.
