Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a Data Administrator to join our exceptional team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our ERP system. In this role, you will be in charge of introducing, synchronizing, and resolving data within our ERP system. You will collaborate closely with team members to identify and effectively implement data management procedures. Responsibilities:Introduction of data to the ERP system within agreed Service Level AgreementSynchronization of data within the ERP systemConsistently providing management with reports on important metricsResolving data, process, and critical issuesTriggering Items, BOMs, Suppliers, Customers, End Users, ISB, Engineer Data, and BRs Introduction or Change processes in ERPEnsuring data synchronization between PDM and ERPManaging global data management between ERP domainsConducting and maintaining internal audits as neededAssisting with internal and external audits and data gatheringConducting process audits to ensure complianceDeveloping and continually improving business processes through process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projectsResolving and addressing Master Data Management process and data issuesRegularly reporting updates to relevant partiesReporting on the performance of the Master Data process and bringing any issues to the attention of functional managersAddressing data standardization and synchronization issuesFollowing effective documents IMS and handling documentationRequirements:High School education preferably in administration, logistics, or equivalent experience will be considered.Proficiency with MS Office programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word)Proficient written and spoken English, previous work experience with international teams is preferredKnowledge of Czech/Slovak language is a big advantageExcellent communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate appropriate solutions to resolve issuesKnowledge of ERP and PDM (QAD/Team Center is a plus) is an advantage Competencies:Strict adherence to processes and rulesAttention to detail, emphasizing high quality and a focus on efficient approachesProactive with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to set prioritiesAbility to cope with stress and work at a high paceEndurance, social skills, and diplomacy in relationships with internal customersStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of a multi-functional teamShowing responsibility, ability to accept constructive criticism, and willingness to improveFlexibility in working hours to accommodate the global nature of workMotivated to learn on the job and take initiative for trainingIn addition to a fulfilling and challenging role, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. offers a range of benefits to support our employees' well-being and work-life balance. Responsibilities

  • Introduction of data to the ERP system within agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Synchronization of data within the ERP system
  • Consistently providing management with reports on important metrics
  • Resolving data, process, and critical issues
  • Triggering Items, BOMs, Suppliers, Customers, End Users, ISB, Engineer Data, and BRs Introduction or Change processes in ERP
  • Ensuring data synchronization between PDM and ERP
  • Managing global data management between ERP domains
  • Conducting and maintaining internal audits as needed
  • Assisting with internal and external audits and data gathering
  • Conducting process audits to ensure compliance
  • Developing and continually improving business processes through process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects
  • Resolving and addressing Master Data Management process and data issues
  • Regularly reporting updates to relevant parties
  • Reporting on the performance of the Master Data process and bringing any issues to the attention of functional managers
  • Addressing data standardization and synchronization issues
  • Following effective documents IMS and handling documentation
