As part of the Digital Transformation Office, the Digital Process Analyst plays a key role in driving these initiatives by serving as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.DESCRIPTIONWorking closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and GBS Operations, the Process Analyst ensures that business processes are accurately understood, documented, and translated into clear requirements for technical delivery teams. The role plays a critical part in enabling successful implementation of digital solutions by providing comprehensive process knowledge and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.The position collaborates with delivery- and operational teams across the globe.What you will do:Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), GBS Operations, and other business stakeholders to understand business processesAct as the primary liaison between business and technical teams throughout process discovery and improvement opportunity identificationGather, analyze, and document business requirements and process documentationFacilitate workshops and discussions to clarify process flows, identify gaps, and align stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements for implementation teamsValidate proposed solutions against business requirementsFoster effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryPerform testing to ensure solution is delivered meets requirements definedREQUIREMENTSHow you will get here:5+ years of experience in digital transformation, analytics enablement, or process improvement within a multinational organizationPreferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fieldStrong capabilities in requirements documentation, process analysis, and solution scopingDemonstrated experience partnering with senior operational stakeholders and LeadershipAbility to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable requirementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience in business consulting is an advantageWorking Conditions:This position is based in Budapest; occasional international travel may be requiredRegular collaboration across global time zones is expectedThermo Fisher Scientific is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
