Create a culture of excellence through mentoring, coaching, and developing talent while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth.REQUIREMENTSHow you will get here:Master's Degree plus 12 years of progressive sales experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related industriesPreferred Fields of Study: Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field5+ years of successful sales management experience leading technical teamsDeep technical knowledge of relevant product portfolios and applications in assigned business areaDemonstrated success meeting revenue growth targets and expanding market shareExperience building and leading effective teams in matrix organizationsStrong strategic planning and business acumen with P&L management experienceOutstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to influence at all levelsExperience implementing CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologiesDemonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategiesStrong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilitiesProven ability to collaborate across global functions including R&D, marketing, and operationsStrong coaching and mentoring skills to develop sales talentAbility to travel up to 50% domestically and internationallyAdaptable professional who succeeds in dynamic environments
