As Director of Talent Management, Corporate Functions you'll contribute to shaping our leadership pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous development. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll partner with senior leaders to design and implement comprehensive talent strategies that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.You'll guide initiatives spanning succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Your expertise will help identify and develop emerging talent, create scalable learning solutions, and drive data-informed decisions about talent pipeline health. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building abilities, strategic thinking, and the capability to translate complex talent strategies into practical solutions.REQUIREMENTS:This role will be based in Waltham MA with 4 out of 5 days per week onsite working requiredAdvanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in talent management or human resources, with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing talent strategiesPreferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fieldDemonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with senior leaders across diverse business functionsExperience designing and implementing succession planning processes and leadership development programsProven ability to leverage data analytics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvementStrong project management skills with ability to lead multiple concurrent initiativesExcellence in strategic problem-solving and translating concepts into actionable plansStrong consulting and relationship management capabilities across all organizational levelsExpertise in performance management processes and talent assessment methodologiesProficiency with HR technologies including Workday and learning management systemsAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsExperience working effectively in collaborative organizations with global scopeDemonstrated ability to build and guide effective teamsComprehensive understanding of talent development best practices and trendsStrong business acumen and ability to align talent initiatives with business strategyCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $180,000.00–$210,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
