The role will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, qualification support, and ensuring high instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, maintain, and repair HPLC/UHPLC systems at customer sites.Perform preventive maintenance and systematic troubleshooting of instrument hardware and performance issues.Diagnose problems related to pumps, autosamplers, injectors, detectors, fluidics, electronics, and system communication.Perform instrument performance verification and support IQ/OQ/qualification activities as applicable.Respond to customer service calls and ensure timely resolution with minimum instrument downtime.Provide customers with technical guidance on instrument operation, routine maintenance, and good HPLC practices.Complete service reports and other required documentation accurately and on time.Coordinate with technical support, applications, sales, and other internal teams for complex customer requirements.Follow applicable quality, EHS, and customer-site compliance requirements.Manage assigned territory/service calls effectively and maintain strong customer relationships.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline.3–6 years of hands-on field service experience with HPLC/UHPLC or similar analytical instrumentation.Good understanding of HPLC principles, fluidics, electronics, and instrument troubleshooting.Experience supporting customers in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, CRO, QC, or analytical laboratories is preferred.· Working knowledge of chromatography software/CDS and regulated laboratory environments is desirable.Key CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to independently handle field service calls and technical escalations.Good documentation and time-management skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customers in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, CRO, QC, or analytical laboratories is preferred. (experience)
