The Field Service Engineer III is assigned with coordinating all field service support and customer relationship management components. The right candidate will deliver complete solutions for Chromatographic and Mass Spectrometric systems, including deployment, maintenance, proactive upkeep, and instrument verifications. We are searching for an applicant committed to clientele, endorsing Thermo Fisher Scientific in customer facilities, and dedicated to propelling advancement.Location: Minneapolis, MNTerritory: Primarily covers Minnesota, ideally based in the Twin Cities area. - Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of practical experience as a Service Engineer, specifically with analytical instrumentation, or 3+ years of pertinent industry experience (experience, 3 years)

- Strong communication and the ability to build positive customer relationships (experience)
- Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation (experience)
